Problem
:: When a client sends you an email, they expect
you to get it. They don't care that your server
is down for repair or maintenance; they don't care
that your Internet connection is being upgraded or
that you're switching to a new Internet
provider. They only care that you get their
message.
The
eSource Solution :: eSource will collect any
undeliverable email and hold it until your mail server
is available. The sender can be notified after a
period of time passes notifying them that the message
has yet to be delivered but will be delivered as soon
as possible. Alternatively, the sender will
never know it has been delayed.
